Appointment Policy
Appointment Cancellation Notice Requirement: We recommend rescheduling or canceling appointments as soon as you know you cannot attend, but no later than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 15 minutes’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request, but availability may vary depending on our current schedule.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment online through our patient portal at [email protected].
No-Show Policy: If a patient fails to attend an appointment without providing sufficient notice, this will be considered a "no-show" and may incur additional fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Late Arrivals Grace Period: We understand that sometimes delays happen. There is a 10 minutes grace period for late arrivals.
Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients’ appointments. A late arrival may be considered a no-show and result in a no-show fee.
Repeated No-Shows Consequences: Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be discharged from the practice.
Fee for Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: The full consultation fee will be charged for late cancellations or failure to reschedule within the required time frame. If you have prepaid for services, the charged consultation fee will NOT be refunded if a cancellation or rescheduling is NOT in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and need to cancel, the charged consultation fee will NOT be refunded if a cancellation or rescheduling is NOT in accordance with our cancellation policy. The service fee will NOT be refunded if you do NOT arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide a cancellation or rescheduling notice within the required time frame.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered. However, if you believe a refund is warranted, please contact our office to discuss your situation.
